Subject: Attention on use of disinfectant on our products

As you may already be aware through media coverage, China faces a serious situation as the coronavirus spreads across the country. We assume that some of your factories have been instructed by local governments to use disinfectant.

However, disinfectant, especially chlorinated disinfectant, may cause corrosion or dissolution if it touches our product directly. Please make sure not to spray disinfectant on our products which are unpacked or which are work-in-process in your factory’s production line (in other words, products which are exposed to the open air).

Please pay special attention to our products when you use disinfectant.
