Announcement regarding influence of the novel coronavirus outbreak

on China Factory
 

As you may already know through media coverage, China faces a serious situation as the novel coronavirus spreads across the country.

Our China factory received a notification on January 28 from the government authorities of Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, which have jurisdiction over the factory.

As a result, the factory cannot resume operation until 24:00 of February 9 even after their Chinese New Year’s holiday and it is expected that production of part of products of Citizen Electronics will be delayed. Citizen Electronics started collecting information and discussion on countermeasures after BCP was activated on January 29. We will announce a plan after reviewing its impact on the production.
